岗位角色

负责为线上及线下平台制作吸引人的视觉内容,以支持品牌推广、营销活动及企业沟通项目。此岗位结合创意与技术技能,制作视频、动画、动态视觉、摄影及其他视觉素材,以强化公司的品牌形象。

主要职责(Key Responsibilities)

1. 多媒体内容制作(Multimedia Content Creation)

  • 构思、设计并制作多媒体内容,包括视频、动画、动态视觉效果和摄影作品。
  • 制作产品视频、教学视频、宣传视频及社交媒体内容(Reels、TikTok、Shorts 等)。
  • 编辑与优化视频,包括转场、特效、音效及图像处理。
  • 拍摄并编辑产品及生活方式照片,用于营销用途。

2. 平面设计支持(Graphic Design Support)

  • 为营销活动设计视觉素材,如横幅、海报、宣传册、社交媒体帖子及数字广告。
  • 确保所有设计材料符合品牌指南及活动目标。
  • 按需要协助设计团队制作创意素材。

3. 社交媒体与数字内容(Social Media & Digital Content)

  • 为各平台(Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、YouTube、LinkedIn 等)制作符合平台特性的视觉内容。
  • 与市场执行员合作,制定和执行内容日历。
  • 优化视觉与视频内容,提高互动率与表现。

4. 创意概念开发(Creative Concept Development)

  • 为活动、品牌项目及内容创作提出创意点子。
  • 参与制作规划、分镜脚本(storyboard)及文案草拟。
  • 支持摄影与视频拍摄,包括灯光设置、器材操作与现场协助。

5. 文件管理与制作支持(File Management & Production Support)

  • 维护多媒体素材库、原始文件及设计模板,确保分类清晰。
  • 归档项目文件,并遵守命名规范以便未来搜索与使用。

6. 跨部门协作(Cross-Functional Collaboration)

  • 与市场执行员、平面设计师及其他部门(销售、业务发展等)紧密合作,完成创意输出。
  • 支持临时性创意需求,如内部视频、活动视觉、企业沟通素材等。

Key Responsibilities

1. Multimedia Content Creation

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content including videos, animations, motion graphics, and photography.
  • Create product videos, tutorials, promotional videos, and social media content (Reels, TikTok, shorts).
  • Edit and enhance videos with transitions, effects, sound, and graphics.
  • Capture and edit product and lifestyle photos for marketing use.

2. Graphic Design Support

  • Design visuals for marketing campaigns such as banners, posters, brochures, social media posts, and digital ads.
  • Ensure all design materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support the design team in producing creative assets when required.

3. Social Media & Digital Content

  • Produce visually appealing content tailored for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with the marketing executives to create engaging content calendars.
  • Optimize visuals and videos for better engagement and performance.

4. Creative Concept Development

  • Brainstorm and propose creative ideas for campaigns, branding projects, and content initiatives.
  • Participate in production planning, storyboarding, and scripting.
  • Support photoshoot and video shoot arrangements, including lighting setup and equipment handling.

5. File Management & Production Support

  • Maintain organized libraries of multimedia assets, raw files, and design templates.
  • Archive project files and ensure proper naming conventions for easy retrieval.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing executives, graphic designers, and other departments (Sales, BD etc) to deliver creative outputs.
  • Support ad-hoc creative requests such as internal videos, event visuals, or corporate communication content.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Creative Arts, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in multimedia design, video editing, or similar creative roles.

  • Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered.

  • Proficiency in multimedia design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.

  • Experience with photography, videography, lighting setup, and video production.
  • Familiar with social media formats, aspect ratios, and content optimization requirements.

  • Understanding of motion graphics, animation, and video storytelling is a plus.

  • Strong visual creativity and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to explore new creative techniques.
