1.Operations Coordinator

Supports daily office operations, event execution, logistics, vendor coordination, and asset management across office and on-ground projects

What You'll Do:

• Support daily office operations and administrative coordination
• Assist in planning and execution of events, productions, and projects
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and operational requirements
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Assist with equipment handling, inventory tracking, and asset movement
• Support on-site operations during events and productions
• Prepare basic operational reports and updates for management
• Support local and outstation projects when required

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on, reliable, and able to work in fast-paced environments
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
• Comfortable working flexible hours (events/weekends)
• Organized and able to follow operational checklists
• Experience in events or production is an advantage

2.Business Development Coordinator

Supports commercial pitching, partnerships, proposals, reporting, and deal coordination across events, content, and music projects

What You'll Do:

• Support preparation of pitch decks, proposals, quotations, and presentation materials
• Coordinate between Business, Creative, Operations, and Administration teams
• Track deal pipelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups
• Assist in communication with partners, including brands, platforms, agencies, and stakeholders
• Prepare basic commercial reports, deal updates, and progress summaries for management
• Support cross-market projects across
  Malaysia and Indonesia
• Attend meetings, presentations, and site visits when required

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with decks, documents, reports, and timelines
• Able to prepare structured reports and summaries
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for meetings and outstation assignments
• Interest in media, events, content, or music industries
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Experience in business development or sales support is an added advantage

3.Project & Finance Administrator

Handles documentation, expense tracking, royalty administration, and project account closing for Malaysia and Indonesia projects

What You'll Do:

• Handle administrative and filing tasks
• Collect and organise invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
• Track project expenses and support project account closing
• Assist in tracking
  royalties, content usage, and related documentation
• Prepare basic financial and project reports for management review
• Maintain organised records for MY & Indonesia projects
• Support compliance and documentation related to music, content, and licensing

What We're Looking For:

• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Comfortable handling documents and numbers
• Able to prepare structured reports
• Basic experience in admin / finance support preferred
• Responsible and consistent working style

4. Creative Production Assistant

Supports creative teams during shoots, studio sessions, events, and content productions, including asset management and on-ground support

What You'll Do

• Assist creative team during shoots, studio sessions, and events
• Support file management, backups, and asset organisation
• Assist with behind-the-scenes (BTS) content
• Support creative preparation and on-ground execution

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in media, content, or creative production
• Organised, responsible, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in studio and event environments
• Able to work flexible hours when required
• Basic understanding of content production is a plus
