Job Description:

· Manage daily haulage and logistics operations, including transportation, delivery planning scheduling, and tracking.

· Regular interaction with sales, customer service and operations personnel on carrier,  depoh, order scheduling and planning matters.

· To plan, schedule, and allocate daily haulage tasks to drivers and vehicles and ensure drivers take assigned trips on time.

· To control driver trip delivery update to Customer Sales Support Service team on expected time arrival of each delivery.

· Provide timely updates to customers regarding delivery schedule, delays or any issues.

· Attend all the delivery and collection problems, delays and ensure they are promptly resolved.

· To handle last-minute changes or urgent requests efficiently to minimize delays.

· Ensure delivery targets are met while maintaining superior customer service standards.

· To plan truck and trailer maintenance and PUSPAKOM  Inspection schedule in place and liaise with fleets and operations team.

· To ensure all drivers' licenses, Port Pass and other documents needed are compliance to regulatory requirement to report on duty.

· Continuously exploring ways to improve operational efficiency and customer service

· Providing support and guidance to the wider operations team as needed

· Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and grow the company.

· To check and verify driver trips incentive and claims.

· To perform any other tasks as and when required and instructed by the superior or the Management.

Job Requirements:

· The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or equivalent

· At least 3 years of working experience in Haulage and transportation industry

· Ability to handle highly confidentiality and sensitive information with extreme discretion.

· Meticulous type in checking up all the documents and can keep an eye on deadlines.

· Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and departments effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
