Drive the Group's Business Intelligence strategy by providing actionable analytics, critical data insights, and automation solutions. Lead the execution of Data AI and Data Transformation programs enterprise-wide.

Requirements :

  • Manage BI team of developers and analysts, ensuring delivery of business-aligned projects.
  • Design and implement data models and maintain enterprise data warehouse.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee data quality, cleansing, and integration across subgroups.
  • Enhance BI and AI processes to optimize performance and reporting accuracy.
  • Manage daily support operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement practical structures and processes to ensure long-term project stability.
  • Research, evaluate, and deploy affordable tools to meet project needs.
  • Support revenue operations by identifying and closing process gaps.
  • Work directly with business teams to share best practices and improve workflows.
  • Apply modern LLMs and AI tools to boost team productivity and automation.
  • Develop a solid understanding of business and commercial operations; continuously learn to interpret data and provide informed recommendations on potential efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate an appreciation for predictive analytics and AI applications, with openness to learning rather than requiring deep domain expertise.
