POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager, Market Intelligence is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data on industry trends i,e. defence, competitor activities, geopolitical developments, and customer needs. This role provides strategic insights to inform decision-making and business development initiatives, supporting BHIC's vision and long-term growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain intelligence frameworks on market analysis.
  • Produce quarterly intelligence reports on regional and global markets.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and SWOT analyses.
  • Deliver strategic foresight briefings for executive leadership.
  • Create and manage intelligence dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into business strategies.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Defence Studies, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in market research, intelligence, or strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience in defence industry or related sectors preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
