Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the
    end-to-end lifecycle management
    of AI/cloud computing products (e.g., vGPU, MaaS Platform, Intelligent Agent Platform, AI Application Store). Develop product roadmaps by aligning regional market demands with global technological trends.
  2. Analyze the competitive landscape and competitor dynamics of AI/public cloud/industry cloud services in Southeast Asia, identify market opportunities, and formulate business models tailored to the Southeast Asian market.
  3. Design pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and revenue plans; collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product commercialization and market penetration.
  4. Collect user feedback to design user-centric intelligent computing cloud products with clear value propositions, regional commonalities, and global scalability.
  5. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business departments; coordinate with algorithm engineers, infrastructure teams, and compliance departments to ensure the scalability, security, and compliance of intelligent computing products.
  6. Track product performance, collaborate with business development/solution design teams to gather customer feedback, and optimize product capabilities in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields.
  2. 3+ years of product management experience in AI/cloud computing
    , with a proven track record of successfully launching B2B enterprise-level products; proficient in applying agile methodologies, roadmap planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  3. Deep expertise in AI technologies (large language models/LLMs, MLOps, generative AI) and cloud infrastructure (GPU virtualization, IaaS/PaaS); experience in AI model training/inference and scalable product design is required.
  4. Familiar with AI market dynamics in Southeast Asia and capable of translating technical capabilities into business value; experience in product design at leading cloud service providers is preferred.
  5. Fluent in English, with the ability to independently draft English proposals and deliver English presentations; basic proficiency in Malay is a plus.
  6. Strong logical thinking, customer-oriented mindset, and learning agility; able to quickly master new technologies and products.
