We are looking for an Accounting Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build their career in accounting. You will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, invoicing, and vendor payment processes to support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inflow and outflow of payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in SQL-based systems.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, payment verification, and transaction matching.
  • Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Support month-end closing activities and provide necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and audit requirement

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen (mandatory).
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
