We welcome applicants from Communications, Marketing, Business, or Public Relations, as well as students from any field who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup with exposure to Japanese work culture.

What You'll Be Doing

As an HR Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR administration and Recruiter, including:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications. Help with onboarding new employees or interns and guiding them.
  • Record Management: Update and maintain records in HR databases. Assist in creating hiring interns' records.
  • Client Documentation and Communication: Assist in preparing client-related documents such as proposals, reports, and monthly updates. Support billing tasks by preparing and reviewing client invoices for accuracy and compliance. Draft professional emails to clients regarding updates, follow-ups, or important notifications.

Process Improvement: Share feedback from users and assist in identifying areas to improve support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
