Technical Delivery Manager (CRM)

  • Define and oversee the end-to-end application and technology architecture for CRM solutions, ensuring technical designs, components, and integrations meet enterprise standards and business needs.

  • Lead and govern the build, configuration, and testing of CRM components, ensuring technical teams follow best practices, delivery timelines, and quality requirements.

  • Drive collaboration across developers, designers, architects, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, align technical approaches, and ensure solution consistency.

  • Ensure secure development and delivery practices, embedding security-by-design principles and proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities.

  • Review system designs and code outputs from delivery teams, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and adherence to architectural guidelines.

  • Establish and maintain testing strategies, including unit testing, automated testing, and continuous integration pipelines, ensuring high-quality, repeatable delivery.

  • Utilize and enforce the correct usage of development and configuration management tools, ensuring proper versioning, documentation, and traceability of all technical changes.

  • Oversee the documentation and communication of changes throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing transparency and audit readiness.

  • Monitor project delivery health, escalating risks, issues, and dependencies to the architect, project manager, or leadership team as appropriate.

  • Coordinate smooth handover of CRM components to testing teams, ensuring environments, data, and integrations are ready for SIT/UAT.

  • Manage the triage and resolution of defects and performance issues, guiding technical teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes.

  • Ensure comprehensive documentation is produced for operations, maintenance, and future enhancements, embedding this as a delivery standard.

  • Oversee and validate pre-SIT testing activities, ensuring CRM components are production-quality before progressing into formal SIT/UAT phases.
