  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and monitor the company's social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews in a manner that aligns with our brand voice and values.
  • Engage with our online community to build brand loyalty and create a positive digital environment.

Relationship Building:

  • Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Gather customer feedback and testimonials to help improve our offerings.

Internal Liaison:

  • Act as the main liaison between the customer and internal departments, including Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development.
  • Clearly communicate customer feedback, requirements, and pain points to the relevant teams to drive product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to long-term support.
