Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Finance Account role at Kapten Batik located in Puchong. The role involves day-to-day financial tasks such as managing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, overseeing finance and accounting operations, and handling payroll administration on-site in Puchong.

Accounting Duties:

●      Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.

●      Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

●      Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

●      Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Finance Tasks:

●      Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

●      Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

●      Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collections and payments.

●      Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Collaboration:

●      Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.

●      Assist in financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

General Support:

  1. Respond to financial inquiries and provide assistance to staff and management.
  2. Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

●      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

●      Proven experience in accounting or finance roles (2-4 years preferred).

●      Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

●      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

●      Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

●      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

●      Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance. (e-invoice)

●      Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
