Reports to: Logistics Executive and Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Logistics and Operation Assistant is responsible for supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations, including packing parcels, managing stock and inventory, processing orders, and handling deliveries. This role also includes assisting in customer service when needed and, over time, helping to guide part-time staff with routine tasks such as parcel packing and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packing & Fulfillment

  • Accurately pack customer orders in a neat and organized manner.
  • Ensure all orders are complete and correctly labeled before shipment.
  • Organize and prepare parcels for daily dispatch according to the delivery schedule.

2. Stock & Inventory Management

  • Monitor, record, and update stock levels regularly.
  • Assist in receiving new inventory and maintaining proper stock arrangement.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies or low stock levels.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Process customer orders through our online order system (TikTok Shop, Shopee, and website).
  • Create shipping labels and manage courier arrangements via NinjaVan and other logistics platforms.
  • Ensure parcels are shipped out on time and tracking information is accurately updated.

4. Customer Service (When Required)

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries related to order status, delivery, or product issues.
  • Communicate professionally and provide helpful solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Team Support & Guidance

  • Once familiar with daily operations, assist in training or guiding part-time staff with standard tasks such as packing, labeling, and organizing stock.
  • Maintain work quality and efficiency within the logistics team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee) and courier systems (NinjaVan, EasyParcel, etc.).
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additional Advantage:

  • Willing to work overtime during peak periods or sale campaigns.
  • Possess own transport is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
