Responsibilities

  • Support the Supervisor/Outlet Manager in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with QAQC requirements and company policies.
  • Assist with daily inventory and stock control, including receiving deliveries, monitoring stock usage, maintaining accurate records, and minimizing waste or discrepancies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints effectively, and ensuring a consistently positive dining experience.
  • Oversee daily outlet operations in collaboration with the Supervisor, providing hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to team members to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Assist in preparing and managing staff duty rosters to ensure optimal manpower coverage across all shifts.
  • Work closely with the Supervisor/Outlet Manager to implement operational initiatives, service improvements, and workflow enhancements.
  • Monitor team compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to maintain consistent service quality and operational standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Outlet Manager, or senior management to support overall outlet performance and business objectives.

Assistant Supervisor – Requirements

  • Age: 25–35 years old (preferred).
  • Ethnicity: Chinese or Malay (to support internal language requirements).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in the F&B industry; prior supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Languages: Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.
  • Personal Attributes: Energetic, proactive, team-oriented, and motivated to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Vaccination Status: Fully vaccinated (minimum of two doses).
  • Transportation: Own transportation preferred to ensure flexibility and reliable commuting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
