1. Marketing Planning & Strategy

· Develop and execute marketing plans for each business segment.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

· Work closely with internal teams to develop cohesive marketing campaigns or promotional activities and keep up with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.

· Planning monthly campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.

· Develop ideas and content for marketing materials, including brochures, and service highlights for production and rental services.

· Assist in updating websites, product listings, and profile.

2. Social Media Management

· Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.

· Plan and schedule posts, stories, reels, and short videos.

· Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.

· Ensure all content maintain consistent branding, quality, and messaging.

3. Content Creation

· Generate engaging content for social media channels – including posts and videos – across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and additional platforms.

· Shoot and edit products or services rendered.

· Develop fresh concepts and content ideas to increase engagement and strengthen brand visibility across social media platforms.

· Prepare captions, write-ups, taglines, and product-related descriptions.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Multimedia or related fields.
  • At least 3 - 5 years working in social media or digital marketing, with an advantage if exposed to diverse lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Strong in content planning, with basic skills in photo/video editing tools considered an advantage.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks across different business areas while meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work independently on projects with attention to detail and initiative.
  • Demonstrates solid problem-solving abilities with a critical and strategic mindset.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skill and effective written as well as verbal communication for smooth collaboration.
  • Good knowledge of social media KPI's and strategies to achieve performance targets.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
