About the role

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Site Engineer (Civil) to join our growing development team. You will play a key role in managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring that construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications and standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and monitor site construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project progress.
  • Prepare and update site reports, progress documentation, and relevant paperwork.
  • Conduct inspections on structural, architectural, and M&E coordination works.
  • Ensure all site works comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and controlling project timelines.
  • Verify materials and workmanship to maintain project quality.
  • Liaise with the project manager on project progress, site challenges, and necessary technical decisions.
  • Prepare monthly consultant meeting report if any

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training and guidance will be provided
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to be based at project site
  • Strong technical skills in structural analysis, design, and project management
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and construction practices
