  • Promote and sell various types of AIA insurance policies (e.g., auto, life, health, home, or commercial) to individuals and businesses.
  • Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  • Provide detailed information and guidance on policy coverage, terms, and premiums.
  • Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and promptly.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, handle claims assistance, and address any concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and new products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirement:

Elite Lite

  • 25 – 40 years old
  • Diploma with min 2 years working experience / Degree and above.
  • Min RM2,000 average monthly income with past 3 months or past 1 year proof of income is required.
  • Full time only
  • Training will be provided

Elite Pro

  • 25 – 45 years old
  • Deg and above with min 3 y working exp/Dip and above with minimum 5 y working exp.
  • Elite Pro I - Min RM 3,200 average monthly income with past 3 months or past 1 year proof of income is required.
  • Full time only
  • Training will be provided

Rewards :

Elite Lite

  • Hit a RM2,400 in Annualized First Year Commission (AFYC) and close at least 3 cases per month.
  • You'll earn a monthly bonus RM3,000 in your first six months, and RM2,000/month from month 13 to month 18 — on top of your regular commissions.

Elite Pro

  • Hit a RM5,200 in Annualized First Year Commission (AFYC) and close at least 4 cases per month to qualify for our monthly bonuses.
  • You'll earn a monthly bonus RM7,000 during your first 6 months, and RM4,000/month from month 13 to month 18 — on top of your regular commissions.
