Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Communication/ Advertising/ or any related fields.
  • Required skill(s) (Proficiency in microsoft office suite and Canva)
  • Basic understanding of social media best practices, trends, and tools.
  • Having past work experience IS A PLUS (Min. 1 year working experience)
  • Must be able to speak & write English, OR/AND Mandarin/ Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently & in a team
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a forward-thinking and CAN-DO attitude
  • Owning own transport is recommended

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and planning in creating content on social media platforms
  • Creates relevant, original, high-quality content (posts, videos, images) for client's social media platforms to best engage target audiences, build awareness, convert and retain followers.
  • Engage with relevant representatives, vendors, and influencers in achieving marketing goals.
  • Prepare, analyze, review, and report the performance of social media campaigns, using data to continually optimize and improve social media strategy.
  • Manage and liaise with clients on their requirements and needs
  • Curate & assist in the preparation & execution of production shoots (Commercial, Tik Tok, Reels, Photoshoots, other video & photo related content) - need to be physically there
  • Involved in creative brainstorming and developing creative content.
  • Work with the team to develop production timelines and content calendars coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns etc.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and provide input at the same time.
  • A great sense of understanding requirements to meet the objective through visualizing, conceptualising, developing and planning content.
  • Translate marketing objectives through creative content formats.
  • Assist in marketing related task such as social media page reporting, proposals, and strategy planning
  • Excellent skills in managing using popular social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.
  • Experience any video editing software will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
