Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading HR operations, managing employee relations, driving recruitment initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, misconduct cases, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to strengthen HR governance.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover trends, and propose retention strategies.
  • Partner with management to improve employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant HR working experience.
  • Prior experience in the retail or service industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, selection).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
