To consistently deliver quality, value-added services to visitors and guests of the shopping centre in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner. The Concierge acts as the key representative of Pavilion KL in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience.

  • Assist in promotional activities such as gift redemptions, contests, and related follow-up actions.
  • Administer redemptions and rewards for mall promotions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain daily checklists and inventories of concierge facilities such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, and other amenities.
  • Handle Lost and Found cases efficiently and courteously.
  • Assist in the preparation and setup for mall events and functions.
  • Escort VIPs and assist during official functions or special events.
  • Conduct media tours and handle visiting tour groups as required.
  • Provide information and recommendations to guests on shopping, dining, and entertainment options within the mall.
  • Uphold Pavilion KL's service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates (SPM holders, graduates from hospitality schools) are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-line roles preferred.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and able to handle guests professionally.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
