Job Description

  • Develop and implement fraud risk management frameworks and strategies for the accounting and finance department.
  • Oversee fraud detection, prevention, and investigation processes to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate fraud risks within the S2P process.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to stakeholders on fraud awareness and prevention measures.
  • Monitor and analyze fraud trends, ensuring timely reporting and escalation of identified risks.
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial operations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of fraud management strategies.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of S2P Fraud Management Should Have

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in fraud management and risk assessment within the life science industry.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing fraud prevention frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex fraud cases.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the accounting and finance sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
