Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Have at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- An analytical mind.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
- Ability to stick to time constraints.
Employment Type: Contract for 1 year (Will be convert to permanent staff base on performance)
Responsibility
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are captured in accounting system timely.
- Assist in annual audit exercise and annual stock take.
- Any other accounting duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- To be able to communicate and work independently with others related department.
- To prepare financial documents, such as statements, business activity reports and forecasts
- Managing and monitoring cash flows, bank balances (credit & debit)
- Issues payment voucher or cash vouchers and preparing bank reconciliations. ·
- Able to handle full set of account (sale taxes, redemption, SST & E-Invoicing) and assist in any other accounting related works.
- Account for stock value control for commercial and internal use
- Handle customer invoicing and collections.
- Monitor customer and follow up on collections, take action on overdue accounts.
- Involve with accounting audit preparation and documentation with auditor.
- Assist management with finance/accounting analysis reporting's.
