Sales & Business Development:Establish and grow client relationships as a trusted advisor in OT cybersecurityRepresent Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity, at conferences, client meetings, and industry eventsScope and sell services including OT risk assessments, perimeter assessments, and compliance advisory (e.g., NIST, IEC/ISA 62443)Identify and prioritize Asia market opportunities aligned with global service offerings2. Consulting & Delivery:Lead the delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements, ensuring technical quality, client satisfaction, and on-time executionTranslate complex technical insights into actionable recommendations for business and security leadersServe as the lead consultant and account representative for early clients3. Team Building & Strategic Leadership:Help shape and build an OT consulting team in APAC region, with eventual hiring and mentorship responsibilityCollaborate with Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity Europe to localize and scale existing service capabilitiesDrive coordination with internal engineering and sales teams to align delivery with market demandsJob Qualifications:Relevant experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4+ years focused on OT/ICS environmentsStrong delivery track record in OT security assessments, advisory services, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC/ISA 62443)Demonstrated ability to drive business conversations and close engagements in complex industrial environmentsProven thought leadership (e.g., public speaking, published articles, conference participation)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing both technical and executive stakeholdersExperience in consulting or client-facing roles is requiredJoin an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.#ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark
