**Your new role**

As a CTO, the person will lead initiatives that enhance their cybersecurity capabilities and contribute to their overarching goals.
- ** Strategic Development**: Architect and manage the technological landscape to robustly support their product and service delivery.
- ** Innovation Leadership**: Scout and nurture new research domains to propel the cybersecurity industry forward.
- ** Project Oversight**: Steer the development and deployment of projects financed by government grants, enhancing their R&D endeavours.
- ** Technical Advisory**: Offer authoritative advice on the security features of novel products and services.
- ** Operational Support**: Ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity technologies across a spectrum of projects.
- ** Investment Advice**: Guide their Procurement Committee towards technology investments that yield the best ROI.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- **Degree**: Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- ** Experience**: At least 15 years in a leadership capacity within the tech sector, with a focus on Cybersecurity.
- Has done in-depth research and given talks about Cybersecurity.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
