Role Summary
The Delivery Manager will oversee the execution of assigned workstreams under FPTs prime delivery responsibility for the eBao / InsureMO program. The role involves day-to-day coordination between onsite stakeholders, offshore teams, and partner vendors, ensuring that all deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned delivery workstreams such as integration, or customisation of the solutions.
- Coordinate activities between FPTs offshore teams, onsite resources, and partner vendors (including eBao).
- Act as primary interface between FPT and customer, partner/vendor teams for delivery matters.
- Track delivery progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate sprint reviews, project meetings, and governance reporting.
- Support UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
- Ensure consistent adherence to project methodology, processes, and standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- years of experience in project delivery management within enterprise-scale programs.
- Proven ability to manage multi-vendor or distributed delivery environments.
- Preferred: Experience with insurance platforms (eBao / InsureMO or equivalent).
- PMP / Agile certification preferred.
- Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Life Insurance domain knowledge is an advantage.
