  • Working hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm (Based on UK Time Zone)

A reputable IT services firm based in Kuala Lumpur, established in 2012, providing consulting, software development, and systems integration. It specializes in custom web and mobile applications, API development, data analytics, and workflow automation for industries like healthcare, telecom, and utilities. The company promotes a culture of openness, trust, and innovation.

They are seeking a customer-focused PRISM Support Consultant who has a good understanding of complex concepts and can keep up in a fast-paced environment working unsupervised. To be successful, you will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, while also being an effective communicator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate ScopeX/PRISM applications following best practices and internal standards
  • Manage mimic amendments, creation, and maintenance while developing support capabilities
  • Collaborate with other Support Consultants to deliver high-quality, timely IoT services
  • Contribute to a positive, business-focused team culture through constructive engagement

Requirements

  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, evidence-based approach
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and awareness of system impacts when making changes
  • Experience in IT roles, ideally with application support or operational technology in enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of networking, telemetry, SCADA systems, relational databases, and Linux/Windows OS
  • Familiarity with OT and electronics concepts
  • Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
