Job Description

  • Analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • Ensure site progress is based on latest construction plan.
  • Ensure materials used and works performed according to specification
  • Manage and organize sample submission.
  • Daily progress monitoring and make sure daily work activities are recorded.
  • Preparation of work progress report, update site issue and report to management.
  • Perform and recheck for on-site setting out, levelling and surveying.
  • Ensure Implementation of company quality control plan (QCP).
  • Monitor and expedite drawing submissions and approval from local jurisdiction as and when required.
  • Any other related jobs as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Min. one (1) year experience in Construction field
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
  • Good organization and interpersonal skills
  • Computer and Microsoft Office application literate
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin
