The incumbent will be assigned to Quality Department to administer and coordinate daily activities and tasks such as

  • Administer document control process used for generating and updating documents/BOM
  • Control material master and BOM creation/update in SAP
  • Work closely with engineer, buyer and planner to resolve issues arise from ECN/BOM from SAP.
  • Manage ECN, FN, DA & Stop Ship document release and ensure compliance to documented procedure. Maintain masterlist updatedness.
  • Ensure documents are processed and distributed on timely manner.
  • Maintain proper document/records filing system
  • Administer customer triggered change order closure
  • Process owner for Document Control – area auditee,ensure optimal maintenance of document control process.
  • Continually monitor and improve Doc Con process effectiveness
  • Aware of environment aspect/impact of activities performed.
  • Ensure EC & document control processes are compliance with Quality / Environmenttal / Safety & Health management system.
  • Perform other duties as and when assigned within Document Control.

This position requires the followings:

  • · Degree with minimum 1 year or Diploma with minimum 3 years of elevant working experience in supervisory level or an equivalent combination of relevant education background, training and / or work experience.
  • Possess strong analytical capabilities.
  • A team player and able to interact effectively with all levels within the company.
  • Able to understand, read and write English. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application especially MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
