Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and document filing.
- Prepare and update accounting records such as AP, AR, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Assist in monthly closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts and checking supporting documents.
- Handle supplier invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and prepare payment listings.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS) is an advantage.
