About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Product System Executive to support our product operations and technical service activities. This role involves evaluating equipment and material capabilities, providing technical solutions to customers, managing configuration and software updates, and maintaining system and inventory accuracy across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate material and printer capabilities, and provide technical support and solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and present technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing product performance and application data.
  • Collaborate with customers or the Sales team to gather technical requirements and develop corresponding system solutions.
  • Create, test, and configure software/system updaters or installers, ensuring accuracy for future updates and system changes.
  • Ensure compliance with all configuration standards for equipment, hardware, software, data files, and localization (languages).
  • Manage and record spare parts inventory, maintaining stock levels to meet sales and service requirements.
  • Support technical documentation and ensure all product-related data is accurately maintained and updated.
  • Perform ad-hoc technical assignments as directed by the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with system or configuration tools.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of computers, printers, or photo imaging equipment is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
  • Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
