We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare, organise, and maintain documents and correspondence
- Handle phone calls, emails, and basic customer enquiries
- Provide support to the management
Requirements:
- Minimum Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Own transportation will be an advantage
- Prior law firm administrative experience will be an advantage
