Major Duties:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote flexitank solutions to B2B clients in relevant industries (e.g., chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals).
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals to meet company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present customised proposals, quotations, and logistics solutions based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Logistics/Business/Supply Chain/Marketing
  • Strong ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Understanding of flexitank technology, liquid logistics, and current market trends.
  • Able to deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to clients.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Capable of addressing logistics challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
