We're looking for a
Content Producer
who's equal parts
storyteller, filmmaker, and visual designer
— someone who thrives on bringing creative ideas to life through cinematic visuals.

This role is for someone who has
an eye for aesthetics
, understands
brand storytelling
, and can handle the full production process — from pre-production planning and shooting to post-production polish.
(bonus point if you have pets)

What you'll do

Pre-Production & Creative Planning

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop
    concepts, storyboards, and shot lists
    .
  • Translate marketing objectives into visual storytelling that aligns with brand tone and identity.
  • Plan production logistics, locations, and visual direction for shoots.

Production (Filming & Photography)

  • Handle
    end-to-end production
    — from camera operation to lighting and audio setup.
  • Direct shoot with a strong sense of
    composition, lighting, and mood
    .
  • Ensure all footage meets brand and technical standards.

Post-Production

  • Edit and assemble content using
    Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
    , or similar tools.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Video editor to create engaging content optimized for IG & TikTok.
  • Add simple motion graphics using
    After Effects
    or CapCut effects where needed.
  • Handle
    color correction/grading, sound design, and export optimization
    for various formats.

    3+ years in video production
    (producer, videographer, or editor).
  • Obsessed with
    visual storytelling
    — whether it's a cinematic slow-mo, a lifestyle shoot, or a candid behind-the-scenes moment.
  • Hands-on with your gear — from
    Sony/Canon camera ops
    to
    key/fill/rim lighting
    setups.
  • Fluent in post-production:
    color correction (scopes/LUTs), audio cleanup, export workflows
    .
  • Comfortable in
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    or
    DaVinci Resolve
    , with bonus points for
    After Effects
    skills.
  • Always curious — you notice what's trending, what's aesthetic, and what makes people stop scrolling.
