Job Responsibilities:FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (Mandarin Technical Support) As a Service Engineer at ZI LIAN (Malaysia) Sdn Bhdyou will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the Ipoh .This full-time role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' systems. You will work closely with our customers to address their service needs and help them maximise the performance of their equipment.Provide machinery installation, retrofit, maintenance, and calibration services. Respond to customer service requests to troubleshooting problems, take corrective actions, and complete on-site repairs including testing of the system.To provide excellent customer technical support, after-sales services, and operation training.To assist the sales division in preparing engineering documents/drawings/sample Able to prepare an incident report, machine buy-off report, and simple SOP.Possess own transportation and willing to travel domestic and oversea Working inside clean room environment.岗位职责:负责为怡保(Ipoh)地区的客户提供专业的技术支持与维护服务。此岗位在确保客户设备系统顺畅、高效运行方面扮演关键角色。您将与客户紧密合作,了解其服务需求并协助提升设备的整体表现。负责机械设备的安装、改装、维修及校准服务;回应客户服务请求、排查问题、进行纠正措施及现场维修(包括系统测试)。提供优质的客户技术支持、售后服务与操作培训。协助销售部门准备工程技术文件/图纸/样本,包括准备事故报告、机器验收报告(Buy-off report)以及简单标准作业流程(SOP)。必须具备自备交通工具,并能接受国内及海外出差;需在无尘室(Cleanroom)环境工作。Job requirements:Applicants MUST be willing to work in Melaka & Ipoh.Bachelor's degree in engineering mechanical or electronic or relevant.Familiar with Semiconductor machines Oven, EFEM, WET Process and robot armPreferable 3 years and above of Semiconductor field experience.Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English (MUET > = Band 3) and MandarinProficiency in reading Mandarin is required to interpret technical manuals and communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/Suppliers.Required skills: Microsoft Office and PC literacy.Good discipline, punctuality, ability to deliver requested tasks and result-oriented. Willing to learn new skills and work as a team.Willing to travel Outstation when necessary & has own transport.Must be able to work independently & under pressure conditions.任职要求(Job Requirements):必须愿意在 马六甲(Melaka)及怡保(Ipoh) 工作。拥有工程(机械/电子/电机等)或相关领域的学士学位。熟悉半导体相关设备,例如:Oven、EFEM、WET Process、Robot Arm 等优先。具备至少 3 年以上半导体行业现场服务经验者优先。能以 马来文及英文 沟通与书写(MUET ≥ Band 3);必须能阅读中文以理解技术手册并与中文客户/供应商沟通。熟练使用 Microsoft Office 及电脑操作。工作态度良好、守时、纪律高,能按时完成任务,具备学习能力及团队合作精神。能接受必要时出差(Outstation)并具备自备交通工具。能够独立作业并能在压力下工作。
