Our client LAC Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Product Specialist (O&G) to join their team

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales of O&G ultrasound systems, develop strong relationships with healthcare providers, and contribute to the growth of a leading medical supplies company. What you'll be doing?
  • Drive Sales: Engage with healthcare providers, procurement officers, and decision-makers to boost sales of O&G ultrasound systems.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and execute territory plans, lead generation strategies, and pipeline management to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct Demonstrations: Showcase product features and benefits through product demonstrations, clinical walkthroughs, and workflow efficiency.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead Tenders: Influence specifications and positioning solutions competitively in tender engagements.
  • Product Expertise: Master the technical and clinical aspects of O&G ultrasound platforms and translate them into clinical and operational benefits.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to develop localized messaging, sales tools, and campaign assets.
  • Support Tenders: Assist in tender submissions with technical documentation, compliance checklists, and strategic positioning.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and clinical innovations in women's health imaging.
  • Training: Deliver product training to internal teams and channel partners, adapting content for diverse audiences.
  • Event Support: Participate in workshops, product launches, and clinical education events, ensuring smooth execution and impactful product representation.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education: Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiography, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in ultrasound or women's health imaging.
  • Qualifications: Post basic in Obstetrics & Gynecology (O&G) and Certificate in OBGYN is added advantage.
  • Skills: Proven ability to craft persuasive messaging, close complex deals, and understand clinical workflows in O&G and procurement dynamics.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a good command of English.
  • Personality: A team player with good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, independent, result-oriented, self-motivated, responsible, and possessing a good attitude.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and possession of own transport.
