Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist the site engineer to supervise and coordinate works amongst sub-contractors.
  • To assist sub-contractors to solve site problems.
  • To assist to check and supervise sub-contractors works to eliminate mistakes and abortive works.
  • To assist to coordinate inspection amongst sub-contractors, consultant and QA/QC team.
  • To keep daily progress records.
  • To supervise works carry out by general workers.
  • To ensure sub-contractor's compliance specifications.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma/Certificate in Building Technology or Civil Engineering. Those without the relevant qualifications but with 10 years' experience in the construction industry will can also be considered.
  • Age 30 – 35 years' with minimum 4 – 6 years' working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.
  • Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company's Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
  • Must be dynamic, resourceful, a team player, committed and result-oriented.
  • Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.
  • Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
