Incorporated in 2017, Adzymic has since worked with many agencies, publishers and brands across the region. Adzymic has operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, and sales partners across India, Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia and LatAM.
Business Development Manager (Based in Jakarta)
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of Adzymic's solutions across DOOH, OOH, TV, and digital. This role is central to growing our client base and building strong relationships with agencies, brands, and media owners.
The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of solid experience in DOOH/OOH or TV advertising, with established networks and a proven track record in sales. Exposure to digital advertising is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Identify and secure new business opportunities across DOOH, OOH, TV, and digital.

Sales Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.

Client Engagement:
Present Adzymic's solutions clearly and persuasively, tailoring conversations to client needs.

Market Awareness:
Stay informed on DOOH, OOH, TV, and digital industry developments to support client conversations and sales strategy.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and uncover further revenue opportunities.
Desired Experience and Skills
· 4–5 years' experience in DOOH/OOH or TV advertising (must-have).
· Strong existing agency and media owner relationships with the ability to open doors quickly.
· Demonstrated success in managing sales cycles and meeting revenue targets.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Exposure to digital media is an advantage, though not mandatory.
· Candidates with mainstream media experience in large networks and strong agency ties are also welcome to apply.
