About the role

Tresco Meditec Sdn bhd is a fast growing company seeking highly motivated and experienced Medical Product Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Medical Product Specialist (Surgical Disposables), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in hospitals and clinics.

This is a full-time position, offering competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices
  • Effectively present and demonstrate our range of high-quality surgical disposable products to key decision-makers
  • Negotiate and secure sales and contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide accurate reporting to the sales management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the surgical disposables or related healthcare products industry
  • Srub Nurse or Scrub technologist with strong knowledge and experience in assisting variety of surgical procedures are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing sales
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, life sciences, healthcare, or business administration

Our products include a wide range of Customised Procedure Packs eg. Ophthalmic Pack, O&G Pack, Angioplasty Pack, Dental Pack, Laparotomy pack etc.
