Trainer (In-House for BPO Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires and ongoing training sessions to ensure employees understand company policies, processes, and service standards.
  • Deliver training through classroom sessions, role plays, observations, and assessments to maximize effectiveness.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials and curriculum to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide targeted coaching for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to support training-related performance improvements.
  • Maintain training systems (e.g., LMS) to keep courses updated and track trainee progress.
  • Participate in training planning to support business growth and team capability building.
  • Stay updated with industry training trends to continuously enhance training content and methods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO, call center, or ecommerce environment, preferably familiar with customer service, sales, or related processes.
  • Experience working with ecommerce business models and processes is an advantage
  • Strong training design and delivery skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills; able to work independently.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and training platforms.
  • Customer service experience is a plus; multilingual skills (Chinese, English, Malay) are an advantage.
  • Responsible, team player, and able to work under pressure.
