Job Responsibilities:

·       Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects including design, materials procurement and site works.

·       Ensure all projects are completed on time within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

·       Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with contractors and other stakeholders.

·       Maintain accurate project documentation and records including construction projects.

·       Communicate regularly with project managers, developer and other stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

·       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering or equivalent.

·       Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on property development projects.

·       Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

·       Computer literate with good knowledge in Civil Engineer software application.

·       Keen interest in engineering design works.

·       Applicants must be willing to work in Johor and travels upon requirement

·       Good interpersonal and communicate skills. Ability to communicate in Chinese would be added advantages
