About the Role:

We're looking for a 
driven and persuasive Sales Executive
 to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for 
building strong client relationships, promoting our products and services,
and 
driving business growth
through effective communication, market insight, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with prospective clients.
  • Convince customers to purchase our products and services.
  • Handle customers' enquiries and concerns 
    professionally and promptly
    .
  • Document sales activities
    , process orders, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct 
    market research
     to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at 
    trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events
    .
  • Draft and submit detailed
    sales reports
     to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 
    2–3 years of experience
    in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude
    , self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work 
    independently and collaboratively
    within a team.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (multilingual ability is an advantage).
  • Comfortable with 
    travelling outstation
     when required.

Basic salary + travel allowance + commission.
