Seniora Centre Branch Manager

At Seniora, we are looking for a motivated Branch Manager to join our team. Your role will involve operating our centre as the Adult Day Care and Elderly Learning Centre, developing and executing attractive programmes and easy-to-follow SOPs, promoting our services, managing and building the workforce, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The role is an on-site working arrangement at Johor Bahru, Johor.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities?

·      Manage daily operations of the Adult Day Care Centre and Elderly Learning Centre.

·      Develop and implement programs, policies, and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.

·      Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance.

·      Build relationships with clients and their families, addressing concerns effectively.

·      Promote services through marketing and community outreach.

·      Handle records, reporting, budgeting, and administrative tasks.

Who Are We Looking For?

·      A candidate with 3 years of working experience in operating a centre with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare, management or a related field.

·      Strong organisational, administrative, and leadership abilities.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Creative problem-solving and adaptability.

·      Proficiency in management software and activity planning.

·      Passion for elderly care and improving the quality of life.

·      An individual who is willing to relocate to a different location.
