Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects and learners through digital channels to understand their growth needs.
  • Promote suitable upskilling pathways, certifications, and learning programs with clear value communication.
  • Support customers through their learning journey — from interest, to selection, to enrollment.
  • Contribute to digital campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities to grow training adoption.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships for long-term engagement.
  • Maintain accurate customer activity records to support team planning and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
  • Strong communication, positive attitude, and customer-friendly personality.
  • Comfortable with digital communication (calls, WhatsApp, email, online meetings).
  • Curious about engineering, technology, and talent development.
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn continuously.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and goal-oriented
