Junior Marketing Executive | Up to RM3500 | Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin

Position: Junior Marketing Executive

Salary Package: RM2500 - RM3500

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin

Company Background: Manufacturers Chinese Pharmaceutical Products

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm

Probationary period : 6 months

Annual Leaves Entitlement: 10, 14 & 18 days

Public Holiday: as per government list (16 days)

Mileages claim: Company car priority, if not RM0.60/km

Performance Bonus : AWS and Performance Bonus

Other employee benefits: company panel doctor, insurance, optical and dental claim

Job Purpose:

To assist in delivering brand communications through digital platforms and creative content development. This role helps amplify product messaging supports youth engagement and marketing material rollout.

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist with planning, writing, and scheduling social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Coordinate with digital and creative agencies for timely asset delivery.

  • Develop simple creative materials for use marketing campaigns and trade communication.

  • Organize educational marketing materials, brochures, and campaign messaging tools.

  • Track campaign results and compile engagement data (reach, impressions, conversion).

  • Support the team during brand activations or outreach projects with operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

  • 1–2 years' work experience or strong marketing internship background.

  • Strong interest in branding, social media trends, and consumer communication.

  • Familiar with digital content tools: Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Able to multitask and manage creative timelines.

  • Possesses own transport and willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
