Fufootea is a rapidly growing Malaysian fruit tea brand, expanding its presence across the country.

We're looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing Executive to join our fun and young F&B team

If you're passionate about social media, storytelling, and innovative marketing strategies, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing — within a dynamic, flexible, and growth-oriented environment. (Mandarin Speaker for xhs platform only)

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage Fufootea's social media presence across platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram (mainly XHS).
  • Create engaging, interactive, and creative content to boost audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute monthly content calendars.

Content Creation

  • Capture and edit videos or product photos for social media updates.
  • Develop visually appealing and brand-aligned content that highlights our products and story.

Creative Campaigns & Collaborations

  • Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen brand influence.
  • Brainstorm and implement innovative promotional ideas to attract and engage customers.
  • Identify and collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and bloggers to expand Fufootea's brand reach.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (required for managing Xiaohongshu content)
  • Basic skills in video/photo editing (mobile editing acceptable)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus
  • Solid understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
