Business Development Executive

Business Development Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals and strategy for business growth that focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Develop and actively manage own sales pipeline
- Hit or over-achieve against monthly revenue target, based on annual budget
- Manage report and communicate progress accurately and timely to the management. Ie: the successes and areas needing improvements
- Maintain up to date of the product knowledge and competitor product knowledge to ensure an in-depth understanding on the market and to remain competitive
- To act as a credible ambassador on behalf of the company when speaking to potential customers
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan
- To ensure consciously promote the company and services that would promote lateral sales and the positive image of the company.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- To attend to any other assigned task by the management from time – to – time
Business Development Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skill with both verbal and written communication and IT fluency
- Good in relationship building, achieving sales goals and market knowledge
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Ability to work with professionalism, honesty and integrity maintaining confidentiality
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
