Xaltius is a leading training and technology company offering high-quality, industry-relevant programs in data, technology, AI, and digital transformation. Our training programs are HRD Malaysia–approved, enabling organisations to claim HRD funding when partnering with us.
We are expanding our presence in Malaysia and are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us scale.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will focus primarily on B2B sales, driving corporate engagement for Xaltius' HRD-approved training programs. The role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing training partnerships with organisations across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
· Sell Xaltius' HRD-approved training programs to corporate clients.
· Generate new B2B leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
· Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, and training decision makers.
· Understand client training needs and propose suitable training solutions.
· Explain HRD Corp claim process and funding benefits to organisations.
· Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
· Manage the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery.
· Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate sales targets.
Requirements
· 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
· Preferably experienced in selling HRD-approved or corporate training programs.
· Strong understanding of HRD Corp processes is an advantage.
· Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Able to handle corporate clients and manage sales conversations confidently.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Fluency in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
