Position Overview :

Provident Banc Berhad is seeking a Finance Manager who is knowledgeable in full set of accounts. Full Set of Accounts Preparation

  • Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for statutory audits and tax filings.

Cost Management & Performance Improvement

  • Suggest alternatives and ideas to help reduce costs and support improved financial performance.

Financial Data Consolidation & Analysis

  • Consolidate and review financial data (e.g., budgets, income statements, forecasts) aligned with the company's financial goals and overall position.

Report Preparation & Financial Risk Review

  • Compile and summarize financial data to prepare reports on the company's financial status and potential risks.

Business Studies & Forecasting

  • Analyze past, current, and expected financial data to develop forecast models.

Trend Identification & Advisory

  • Observe financial trends and provide insights to management with recommended actions based on analysis.

Financial Monitoring

Job Requirement :
