About the role

Northern Heart Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Penang, is seeking a passionate and driven Multimedia Executive to join our dynamic team. In the full-time role, you will support the Marketing & Communications Department in developing high-quality multimedia content including artwork, videos, photos, animations and social media materials. The role contributes directly to brand-building, campaign execution, internal communication and digital engagement across hospital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Produce creative artwork for marketing campaigns, posters, brochures, banners, digital screens, and print

materials.

  1. Support social media content creation with graphics, short-form videos, motion graphics, and storytelling

elements.

  1. Work closely with MarComms team to support campaigns, events, launches, and health awareness

initiatives.

  1. Capture photos and videos during hospital activities, talks, CSR events, and internal functions.

  2. Ensure all design materials follow brand guidelines.

  3. Prepare artwork for printing, digital boards, brochures, posters, and campaigns.

  4. Ensure branding consistency across all creative output.

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related

field.

  1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

  2. Skilled in video shooting, editing, photography, and basic animation.

  3. Able to produce content for social media (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).

  4. Strong creativity, visual sense, layout, and branding understanding.

  5. Able to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment.

  6. Experience in corporate/healthcare setting is a bonus.
