**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- Designed, collected, and analyse customer satisfaction and feedback about the brands.
- Execute brand campaigns to attract potential customers and increase brand awareness.
- Implement brand communication and marketing plans.
- To provide monthly marketing reports to the Management and brand principal.
- Manage marketing plans from conceptualization to execution, including brand positioning, market intelligence, promotion and advertising opportunities, content creation, and launch execution of new products.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
- To strengthen the relationship between the company and the customers or convoys.

**Requirements**:

- Process at least Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Innovative, creative, planning, coordination and market sensitivity.
- Team work and work with less guidance.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates encourage to apply.
