Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience

  • Deliver an upbeat, fun, and engaging customer experience consistent with the Boost brand.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained.

Operational Excellence

  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain stock levels, manage deliveries, and conduct inventory checks.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support execution of promotional campaigns and in-store marketing.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
  • Lead shifts — allocating tasks, motivating staff, and monitoring performance.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic team culture.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Assist the Store Manager with sales targets, KPIs, and cost control.
  • Help monitor labour costs, waste management, and product yield.
  • Contribute to strategies that improve store performance and profitability.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Previous retail or hospitality experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience supervising or managing staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., Food Handling Certificate).
  • Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
